     ​With nearly 30 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, Tim Calderala has enjoyed the last few decades designing and building hundreds of custom homes in neighborhoods throughout Northeast Florida. His passion for building homes began at the University of South Carolina, where he studied Business Administration, laying the foundation for a career rooted in both craftsmanship and solid business practices.

     At Apex Homes Florida, Tim brings a deep passion for creating homes that reflect the unique lifestyles and dreams of each homeowner. Tim's approach combines decades of hands-on experience with a commitment to quality, attention to detail, and a focus on building lasting relationships with each client.

     Faith and family are central to who Tim is and he is an active member of his local church and finds joy in spending time and traveling with his wife and family. Beyond building homes, Tim is dedicated to giving back to the construction industry—mentoring young professionals and supporting initiatives that strengthen our community of builders.
